Ingredients

1000 g

Gluten-Free Rustic Bread Premix

900 g

Water

40 g

Fresh yeast (previously dissolved in water)

25 g

Oil

25 g

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer for 3 minutes, at slow speed, with a paddle attachment.

2. Mix for another 5 minutes, at moderate speed.

3. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes in a moist environment, at room temperature.

4. Divide into portions of approx. 100 g, then bake in a preheated oven at
170 ºC, for about 30-35 minutes.

(Baking time, temperature and amount of yeast depend on bread size, oven, and indoor climate.)

5. Let it cool down before cutting for the best texture and consistency. This way, your fluffy bread won’t flatten.

Starch (Corn, Potato) (17%), Rice Flour (12%) Corn semolina, Rice Sourdough, Sugar, Vegetable Fat-Based Powder (Coconut oil, Maltodextrin, Pea Protein), Potato Protein, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Carob flour, Millet, Salt, Dextrose, Emulsifier (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), Enzymes (Amylase, Transglutaminase), Antioxidant (Citric Acid) .
Preparation Suggestion: Beat 1000g of the Gluten-Free Rustic Bread Premix, 25g of oil, 25g of olive oil, 40g of yeast (previously dissolved in water) and 900g of water together. Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for about 3 minutes, and then at moderate speed for 5 minutes using the paddle attachment. Allow it to rise for approx. 40 minutes at room temperature in a moist environment. Divide into portions of approx. 100g and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30–35 minutes. Baking time, temperature and amount of yeast will depend on the size of the bread, oven and weather conditions.
May contain traces of egg and sesame seeds. It cannot be eaten raw. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
